Father Lord, I come to your presence and thank you for this new week. Help me open my heart and ears to what you want to teach me. I thank you for this new day and the opportunity to connect with you and bring Your love into the lives of others. I grasp your hand Father, as you uphold and guide me through this week. Keep your presence with me so I can hear your voice and follow it.
Lord Jesus Christ, You are in every aspect of my life; every breath I take comes from You, because of You and for You. Thank you for blessing me with another day to come together as a family in Your name. I praise you for the gift of life, love, and hope. Keep me free from anything that would hinder me from being a better servant to you, Lord.

Father God, we thank you for blessing us with another week. We thank you for the ability to start over again in this new week. This gift of grace is a true reflection of your forgiveness and mercy.
I remember to be thankful that I did not have to carry the sins of my life last week over into this week. Help me begin with a clean slate so that I might continue to be a testimony of your goodness here on earth. Even though it seems like there is no good in the world, we know that You are making all things new in Christ Jesus and that Your light and Your love are breaking through the darkness.
