First responders are the unsung heroes of our communities. They’re the ones who rush into danger when everyone else is running away. They put their lives on the line daily to protect and serve us, and they do so with bravery, selflessness, and unwavering dedication.
These people respond to emergencies, provide medical care, fight fires, and keep our streets safe. They’re the ones we call when we need help, and they never hesitate to answer that call. But their work can take a toll on them physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Father, I pray that you would give our first responders the armor of God, so that they may be strong and protected in the face of danger and uncertainty. May they be clothed with the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit.

Oh Lord, I come before you in humble submission, seeking your grace and mercy to be poured out upon our first responders, those brave men and women who serve our communities with courage and selflessness.
