Dear Lord God,
I come before you to pray for divine assistance as I strive to be kind. I want to see the good in others and I want to treat them with compassion and respect. Help me bring a little more light upon the Earth.
I know that being kind can sometimes be difficult, but I also know that it is always worth it. I am grateful for the opportunity to show kindness to others, and I pray that I will always remember to do so. Help us all to see the kindness within each other, even when it may be hard.

Heavenly Father,
I pray for kindness and compassion. I pray for the ability to see the good in others and to always be ready to offer a helping hand. I pray for the opportunity to show kindness to others around me and to brighten their lives.

Holy Lord,
I pray for kindness in the world. I pray that people will be kind to each other and that they will treat each other with respect. I pray that the world will become a little kinder.
I pray that people will be able to see the good in each other and that they will be able to work together to make the world a better place. I pray that people will be able to love each other, even when it is difficult. Sometimes Lord we are unable to look beyond our anger but I pray for the patience and understanding to do so.
I pray for kindness in the world because I know that it is the only way that we can truly make it a better place. I know that if we can all be kind to each other, then we can change the world for the better.
I pray that you shine Your love upon us, Lord. I pray that you help us bring a little kindness into our lives because I believe that it is the only way to make it a better place for everyone.

Heavenly God,
I pray for the Christ in me to love myself with the same infinite, measureless love that I am because Christ first loved me. Dear Lord, help me to show kindness to myself.
I pray for the ability to have mercy on myself, to be gentle with myself, and to forgive myself as I so freely offer these gifts to others. I pray to be able to see and cherish my own sacred worth and dignity, and to view myself with compassion and understanding.
I pray to have patience with myself as I grow and change, and to extend the same grace to others. I pray for the ability to love myself and show kindness in times of turmoil.
